On booking | Booking form along with WBRERA registration number | Filled up application form along with photo & KYCs (for all applicant) and token money |
Bank approvals details for housing loans | ||
On agreement | Sale agreement (2 copies) | Housing loan sanction letter (only if the client had opted for housing loan) and with one copy signed agreement |
Legal doucument for the said project where client is booking | ||
After agreement till last installment | Demand letter for the particular installment along with photograph | Submission of the demand letter to the bank for disbursement (only if the client had opted for housing loan) |
On Possession | Final demand letter | Intimated to the bank (only if the client had opted for housing loan), process the e-payment in against of the registration fees. Provide the E challan to the developer. Provide the final payment to the developer |
Sale deed registration process | ||
